Our Recruitment Process:

Understanding your requirement

The client company approaches Q3 Healthcare with their requirement by officially sending mail. The client company is required to duly fill out our recruitment checklist that we share with them. We readily have face to face discussion to understand any specific requirements or to clear any doubts before we start our process.

Screening & Short listing candidates

Post receipt of checklist from client side, we start screening & shortlisting the candidates. Finding any candidate is not enough. The candidate should be qualified enough. The location, previous job experience, education qualification, etc. of each eligible candidate is screened to come up with the best of best candidates to match the client company’s requirements.

Interviewing Candidates

After identifying a batch of qualified candidates, it becomes important to understand if the candidates selected by us are not only looking for a job change but also interested in our current position. This is understood through an initial call with the candidate where his interest is gauged by sharing details of the job position & company in a confidential manner. At no stage is the company name disclosed to the candidate. Given their interest the candidates are filtered & taken to the next stage of recruitment.

In order to better vet the previous work done by the candidate, our experienced technical consultant will interview the candidate through a telephonic interview. Candidates are tested on their technical knowledge, their career goals, their overall approach to their job, their skill set, salary expectations, etc. before they are finalized.
On selection, contact details & resumes of such selected candidates is forwarded to our client company in the drafted format with our thorough remarks on each candidate.

Final Stage

The client company is then free to connect with the selected candidates for a telephonic or in-person interview. We follow-up with clients & candidates to further facilitate the talent acquisition process. We also assist the client company & help co-ordinate interviews on request of the client company. Final confirmation call is set up between our client & proprietor to confirm the selection/rejection of the candidates.
Once a candidate is recruited by the client company, we raise an invoice for our services post 3 months of joining of the candidate.
