Ms Ragini Kabadi has 30-plus years of experience in pharma, with expertise in formulation, development, manufacturing and distribution of pharmaceutical products in all dosage types and forms. She has an extensive industry experience, gained from pioneering numerous contract manufacturing operations and overseeing more than 100 manufacturing sites. Furthermore, she has a vast experience of liaising with Indian and international regulators such as India’s Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO), Australia’s Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and the UK’s MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) for regulatory filings, auditing, approvals and compliances with best-practices guidelines such as Schedule M of Drug and Cosmetic Act 1940, and World Health Organization’s GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
